On 25/05/2018, Research Committee of An Giang University approved the research on producing juice from pulp and cover of mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) of Mr. Dao Van Thanh of Food Technology Department, An Giang University.
Using the substances from mangosteen cover in making juice, the research pointed out findings on temperature, pH levels, enzyme, duration, pasteurisation.
The Research Committee approved the research project with the scores of 85.28/100.
