An Giang University - Vietnam National University participates in ACBSP Standards Training Course
As part of the USAID Partnership for Higher Education Reform (USAID PHER) project, An Giang University - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City has been invited to participate in the ACBSP Global Business Accreditation training course.
The training course took place from March 14 to March 16, 2023, at the Conference Center at 37 Hung Vuong, Hanoi, with the participation of 30 leaders, staff and lecturers from member universities of the National University of Hanoi, Danang University, and the National University of Ho Chi Minh City.
In his opening remarks at the training session, Dr. Richard Rodman, the Director of the USAID PHER Project, stated that the goal of the training course was to provide an overview of the ACBSP standards, and to support universities in developing plans to achieve ACBSP accreditation in the future.
During the 3-day training course, Dr. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung, a lecturer at Hue University, presented detailed information on the process, steps, strategies, policies of ACBSP, and the contents of each ACBSP standard.
The training course not only helped the participants to have a better understanding of the ACBSP standards, but also helped the universities to apply them to improve and enhance the quality of their business programs.
