Awarding ceremony of English book review competition
An Giang University, VNU-HCM has organized the award ceremony of English Book Review Competition in 2022.
The competition was among activities of the project of American Hangout Enhancement sponsored by the U.S Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City.
The aim of the contest was to arouse students’ reading passion and to develop their reading skills, especially English reading skills and to improve reading culture in the univeristy.
The candidates had to review their thoughts, feelings and lessons from an English book stored at the Library. The reviews could be presented as a writing, a pictures or a video clip.
After launch time, 32 reviews were chosen for the final round and 5 best reviews were awarded. The first prize that belonged to Trinh Thuy Quyen - DH20AV, the second was Kwok Chia Yi – DH22TA3, the third was Lam Ngoc Duy – DH19TA1 and 2 consolation prizes.

On September 24th, 2022, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, Dinh Thien Ly Scholarship Foundation awarded 214 disadvantaged students with excellent academic results. There were 6 students of An Giang University, VNU-HCM receiving the awards.
