INTRODUCTION OF FRENCH LANGUAGE & CULTURE WORKSHOP
In May 25, An Giang University, VNU-HCM held the workshop of “Introduction of French Language and Culture” with a speech of Prof. Jean-Claude Laberche, the former leader and the emeritus professor of the Institute of Engineering Amiens, Picardie Jules Verne University.
The workshop attracted nearly 100 students and lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The workshop gave students a chance to enjoy and learn more about the language and culture of France, and share their experiences of learning French.
Prof. Jean-Claude Laberche presented the features and the status of French in the world’s language system. He also introduced the characteristics of cultural activities and historical architectures of France and the capital Paris.
The lecturers and students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages discussed and communicated with Prof. Jean-Claude Laberche at the end of workshop.
