Training Course on Digital Transformation for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in An Giang Province

Ngày 15/03/2024, Trung tâm Tin học Trường Đại học An Giang tổ chức lớp tập huấn nâng cao năng lực chuyển đổi số cho 50 học viên đến từ 34 doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa tại tỉnh An Giang.

On March 15, 2024, the Center for Information Technology at An Giang University organized a training course on digital transformation for 50 participants from 34 small and medium-sized enterprises in An Giang Province.

The course was part of a provincial project titled "Researching Solutions for SME Digital Transformation in An Giang Province," led by An Giang University, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi as the project director.

Lecturers came from the Center for Information Technology at An Giang University, the Mobifone Telecommunications Corporation An Giang Branch, and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) An Giang Branch.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi provided an overview of digital transformation as well as its impact and importance for business operations in general, and for SMEs in An Giang Province in particular. The training course aims to equip small and medium-sized enterprises with the knowledge and skills to apply digital transformation to improve operational efficiency.

Participants were guided to practice online business skills such as building brand product, designing logo and product packaging with Canva; photographing products with lightbox; livestreaming, and advertising on Facebook. Additionally, they were instructed on accounting software and electronic tax declaration for small and medium-sized enterprises.
