Signing a cooperation agreement with CJ Vina Agri LLC
On June 21, 2023, An Giang University, VNU-HCM, signed a cooperation agreement with CJ Vina Agri LLC, one of the livestock and animal feed production companies under the CJ Group from South Korea.
The signing ceremony was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Vo Van Thang, the President of An Giang University, and representatives of the university's leadership. From CJ Vina Agri, Mr. Jeon Sae Byuk, the CEO and CFO, and Mr. Dinh Van Hiep, the Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Department, along with other specialists, were present.
The two parties agreed to collaborate on several key activities, including student training, applied research, academic information exchange, labor force forecasting, brand promotion and reputation enhancement through a job introduction website, as well as other specific programs within the framework of cooperation.
Furthermore, both sides have planned to implement various activities in the near future, such as supporting students in practical internships and job opportunities at CJ Vina Agri, organizing career counseling activities, practical career tour programs, and scholarships for students. They also plan to organize specialized seminars and lectures to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills for their future work. In addition, they will collaborate on scientific research projects in the fields of animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and food technology.
