On July 4th, 2020, An Giang University - VNU-HCM (AGU) cooperated with businesses inside and outside the province to organize the "Job Fair 2020" for the students.
This is the 8th year that the Job Fair is held. The event attracted the attention of thousands of students and more than 18 businesses participating with more than 1,200 vacancies.
Assoc.Prof. Vo Van Thang - President of AGU said that the Job Fair was one of the big festivals of the AGU. This is a favorable environment for businesses to access the University’s young and qualified human resources and select suitable candidates to supplement human resources in the business development strategy of the unit. Through this activity, the school also hoped to build a long-term and sustainable cooperation with business units to jointly build and develop society.
The President affirmed that AGU, as a member of VNU-HCM, strived to become a prestigious center for training high quality human resources, scientific research and technology transfer, contributing to the Socio-economic development of the Mekong Delta region.
Coming to the event, graduates would have the opportunity to interact with business units, to find stable and suitable job opportunities, and joined the exchange activities through music performances, games, lucky draw for valuable gifts from the Organizing Committee.
